Have you seen the latest facebook craze that is sweeping the social networking site? Thousand of female users and the occasional male have began updating their statuses by stating different colours like black, purple, white, pink and spotty, nude and lots of padding or even nothing. Many people were confused about their statuses and wondered what this actually meant, speculating many meanings. Could it mean your favourite colour of handbag or what colour shoes you are wearing? It was finally disclosed that women were actually giving details of their bra colours and it was all part of a new campaign to help raise breast cancer awareness.

Choosing baby names for your new edition is often a very important decision that you and your partner will ever have to make. The name you choose for your baby is something that will be used to identify them for the rest of their life.
With so much choice parents-to-be tend to purchase numerous baby naming books to help them pick their perfect name. They scour the web for hours on end looking up its origin and meaning just to come up with that unique name for their precious little bundle. Also all names have different origins and meanings and this can also play a big part in the naming of your baby.
A lot of us would say no thank you to the odd mince pie and a glass of mulled wine at the Christmas party because we all like to watch our weight, but after reading a recent survey published in a famous womens magazine, you might like to think again.
This study showed that men really do prefer normal sized women with a few shapely curves to those women who are fashionably thin and appear to be all skin and bone. It seems that the men of today are more attracted to famous celebs like Scarlett Johansson or Kate Winslett with their curvier frame than celebs like Posh Spice or Paris Hilton who both have a very thin angular frame.
Apart from the common cold, back pain is the most common ailment that loses the most working days in Britain, costing employers £624 million a year. Also according to this recent study is that 5 million people will consult their doctor every year with this problem and at some point in our lives, four out of five of us will suffer with this complaint, not a nice thought! For the majority of us though, back pain, backache and muscle strains can all be easily treated by an Osteopath, a Chiropractor, a Physiotherapist or even an Acupuncturist.
As a parent of two daughters, we had been pondering for some time whether or not to take out some kind of health insurance. Apart from the odd seasonal sniff, we are all generally a fit and healthy family, but after visiting my Nanna in hospital recently we made our minds up instantly.
